Newcomer CMA

Generate branded, password-gated CMA reports for your clients in about ten minutes. No tech setup. No command line. Just download and double-click.

One-click install

Download. Double-click. Done.

Grab the installer below. It downloads the plugin, opens Claude, and shows you the last few clicks to finish. Works on any Mac that has Claude installed.

3Follow the on-screen steps
First time only - when you double-click, macOS may say "cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." If that happens, right-click the file and choose Open, then click Open again. You only do this once.
Don't have Claude yet? The installer will tell you if Claude is missing and open the download page for you. Or grab it directly at claude.ai/download (free).

Help and troubleshooting

The installer won't open - "unidentified developer" error
  1. Find the downloaded file (check your Downloads folder).
  2. Hold Control and click the file (or right-click with a mouse).
  3. Choose Open from the menu.
  4. Click Open in the confirmation dialog.
  5. From now on, double-clicking works normally.
I clicked the installer but nothing happens
  1. Check your Desktop - a file called newcomer-cma-setup.log may have been created with error details.
  2. Make sure you have an internet connection.
  3. Try running the installer again.
  4. If it still doesn't work, text Steven - he'll send you the plugin file directly and walk you through the manual install.
I want to install the plugin manually instead
  1. Download the raw plugin file directly.
  2. Open Claude.
  3. Click your profile picture (bottom-left corner).
  4. Click Settings.
  5. Click Customize.
  6. Click the + button to add a new skill.
  7. Click Create a skill, then Upload.
  8. Select the newcomer-cma.plugin file you just downloaded.
Where do client reports get hosted?

The plugin recommends GitHub Pages (free, clean URLs) or Netlify Drop (zero setup, drag-and-drop). Full instructions are inside the plugin - once installed, just ask Claude: "How do I host a CMA report?"

You don't need a Cloudflare account. That was only relevant if you were publishing this install page yourself.

Still stuck?

Text Steven. He'd rather hear about it and fix it than have you fight with this alone.
